Hey, I'm Felicia 👋🏻I created The Happy Healthy Frenchie Club
or as you'll come to know it "The Club"

Back in 2013, when I was working with PetSmart, I met a very special little Frenchie named Tinkerbell.She was a pure white Frenchie and, to this day, the smallest Frenchie I've ever seen!!But this tiny girl had a not-so-tiny problem...Her toes were CONSTANTLY red, raw, & irritated. Her mom had tried just about everything she could think of, but nothing seemed to help.She couldn't clean between Tink's toes or apply paw balm at home without a wrestling match *que rolling alligator GIFand on the rare occasion she managed to get the balm on, Tinkerbell would just lick it all off 🙃If her nails got "too long", Tink would CHEW them until they bled.Her mom was frustrated, worried, and starting to feel hopeless.So we came up with a routine together.Every two weeks, Mom brought Tinkerbell in to see me. I'd file her nails, clean between her toes, & apply nose/paw balm.✨️🧚🏻‍♀️ a little extra love, attention & consistency...and slowly, we started seeing a difference!! Tinkerbell's toes improved, and her mom finally had some relief knowing her little girl was getting the care she needed.That experience has stuck with me over the years...I've found that finding the right care routine & the right products may seem like small steps, but they make a BIG impact on your pups overall happiness & wellness.

Meet Gimli: 👆🏼 the Frenchie who helped shape The ClubIn 2024, my family rescued a Frenchie from a shelter in Pomona, California.The poor poopsy was skin & bones, with red, irritated, & inflamed skin and very little energy.Fast forward to today, and you'd hardly recognize him!!He's filled out, hikes every day, and has developed two very important hobbies: bullying everyone for treats and finding the perfect spot to roast himself in the sunshine. If he's not outside sunbathing, you'll find him parked in front of the fireplace— roasting.Here's what sparked the idea for The Club:
My family has the bath & brush routine covered, but the little details... nail filing, ear cleaning, facial folds, cleaning between those adorable squishy toes, and keeping his nose & paw pads moisturized aren't exactly within their comfort zone...and don't even get me started on trying to keep balm on a Frenchie who thinks everything is edible!!Since Gim lives about 2 hours away, I don't get to see him every day. But whenever I visit, I bring my Squishface products and give him the extra care he needs. His nose, which suffers from nasal hyperkeratosis (crusty yellow stuff on his nose), has shown the biggest transformation!!that's when something really clicked for me...You've already got the bath & brush covered.
